MEET THE FOUNDER
MRS. MADHURI DUGAD
Madhuri Anand Dugad brings nearly two decades of experience in education and career guidance to Ace Counsellor. With 14 years as a dedicated teacher & HOD in schools, Madhuri developed a deep understanding of how students learn, what drives them, and where they struggle to find direction.
Over time, she recognised that her impact could extend far beyond the classroom. This conviction led her to pursue career counselling and eventually to found Ace Counsellor, where her expertise now helps both students and professionals make confident, informed career decisions.
Madhuri holds a Green Belt Certification in Career Counselling from the Global Career Counselling Certification (GCCC) programme offered through UCLA Extension — one of the most respected credentials in the field. Her approach combines structured methodologies with genuine empathy, ensuring every client receives guidance that is both professional and deeply personal.
